Fifth Sunday of Lent; Don’t be used
I think that this is the point of Jesus’ parables: the encounter with Jesus’ love and mercy changes everything. Even after I fall, even if I search for love in the wrong places, (infidelity, prostitution, relationships outside of marriage, porns, etc.), we recognize that we can’t act like this any more.

Fourth Sunday of Lent; Priceless
As in all good stories, Jesus finishes this parable with the open end. It’s not clear whether the older son recognized his own blindness and entered into his father house (into his father’s love) or whether he persisted in his selfishness and stayed outside, at the same time so close to and so far away from father’s love.
